With more than two decades in the restaurant industry and over a decade with Dunkin', she has built her career from the ground up, giving her a firsthand understanding of nearly every level of restaurant operations.
Known for her honesty, humor, big personality, and fierce commitment to her people, Lyndsay leads with equal parts high expectations and heart. She is passionate about developing talent, solving the problems other people shy away from, and creating teams where people feel seen, valued, and capable of more than they may have believed themselves.
Outside of the numbers and day-to-day operations, Lyndsay is a mom, an eternal optimist, and someone who rarely takes herself too seriously. She believes leadership is ultimately about the impact you have on people and hopes to leave every team, restaurant, and person she encounters a little better than she found them.
